Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ludoriadesign.com (“Ludoria Design”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“user”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ludoria Design is an online tool designed for game designers to visualize their ideas through mindmaps, take structured notes, and manage tasks within their teams.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use Google Sign-In, you confirm that the Google account is yours and legally used.

2. Account Registration

You may sign up using your email and password or Google Authentication. We store:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Google account identifier
  • Subscription status (Free or Pro)

You must keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You may create, upload, and store:

  • Mindmaps
  • Notes
  • Tasks
  • Project structures

You retain ownership of all content you create.

By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, process, and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

All content is stored until your account is deleted.

4. Pro Plan & Subscriptions

The Pro Plan is available on a monthly or yearly basis, billed through Gumroad.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled.

Your billing information is processed by Gumroad; we do not store payment details.

Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund previous ones.

You may lose access to Pro features after cancellation or failed payment.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy platform features
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Use the service to harass or harm others
  • Violate intellectual property laws
  • Attempt to access other users’ data

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Data Storage & Availability

Your data is stored using:

  • Firebase Firestore
  • Firebase Storage

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for keeping backups of critical data.

8. Account Deletion

If you delete your account:

  • All your mindmaps, notes, tasks, and profile data are permanently deleted
  • This action cannot be undone

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following processors:

  • Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics)
  • Gumroad (subscription billing)

Each provider has its own privacy & compliance rules. By using Ludoria Design, you also agree to their terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated our terms or pose a security risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ludoria Design is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service downtime
  • Payment disputes handled by Gumroad
  • Damages arising from misuse of the platform
