Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and subscription charges are handled for Ludoria Design (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By subscribing to our Pro Plan or making any payment on ludoriadesign.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Renewals
  • Accidental purchases
  • Unused time after cancellation
  • Inability to use the service due to device or connection issues

Please review the features and pricing before subscribing.

2. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are automatically renewed each billing period through Gumroad.

You are responsible for:

  • Managing your subscription
  • Canceling before the next billing date
  • Ensuring your payment method is valid

Payments made before cancellation are not refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

  • You keep Pro access until the current billing period ends
  • You will not be charged again
  • No partial refunds are issued for remaining days

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at:

We will review your case, but this does not guarantee a refund.

Payment disputes handled by your bank or credit provider may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of Pro features
  • Permanent account closure (if fraudulent activity is detected)

5. Gumroad Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad, our third-party billing provider.

We do not store:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Billing addresses
  • Payment method details

For issues related to failed payments or billing errors, Gumroad’s policies may also apply.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
