This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, and cancellations work on Ludoria Design (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By subscribing to our Pro Plan or making any payment on the platform, you agree to all terms below.
Ludoria Design offers a monthly or yearly Pro Plan that provides access to additional features beyond the free tier.
All payments are processed securely through Gumroad, our authorized payment provider.
We do not store or process:
Your payment information is handled exclusively by Gumroad under their own security and compliance framework.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled.
On renewal:
If payment fails, your access to Pro features may be suspended.
Your billing cycle begins on the day you first subscribe. For monthly plans, charges recur on the same day each month. For yearly plans, charges recur annually on the same date.
Gumroad may adjust this date slightly depending on time zones and card processing rules.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
Canceling your account does not automatically refund previous charges.
